Nice food in Bangkok (must try also)

Whenever I go Bangkok, there is this stall which I must go eat. And this stalls only opens in the evening,  its a street stalls, for those who dare to eat street food can go try.

Do note that there is a few stalls selling the same items. BUT there's only one which you should patronize, the very 1st stall along the road near to "Central World" .

When you walk pass the other stalls they will call out to you "same same", actually it's no same. As this 1st stall is so busy till they do not have time to stop, and I have personally tried the other "same same" stall and the taste is really different which is "mai aroy" (not nice). The fish is not as fresh and really the other dishes is not as nice as well. So pls remember its the very 1st stall like you see in the above pic.
Although they at street stalls, but look at their utensils, its wrap up one, at least u see some hygiene from them.
The dish that I would strongly recommend is the BBQ fish, it's covered with salt to BBQ, so pls DO NOT eat the skin. The meat is very fresh as they serve hot.
This is how it looks after they cut open the skin, and this type of fish is nice. Remember do not eat the skin, as its too salty.
In Thailand, this deep fried pork is also very famous. You will see it on alot of street selling it, one of the popular choice.
Cockles seems normal as we have it here in Singapore as well, but its the Thai chilies that's made the different, if you are Thailand you can try as well.
This is Thai style Sotong.
The BBQ chicken is also very nice, they still have a Tom Yam Goong, nice as well, but did not managed to order all. So hope when you go to the "Land of Smile", can try this little stall. Krupkoonkrup............. and not forgetting the Thai's local beers and coconuts drink.......

Thailand Pork Knackle in Johore Jaya Market

Yesterday I was at Johore Jaya, when it's dinner time I was wondering where to eat. And I chance upon this Thailand Pig Trotter Rice, it was situated in a market place beside "The Store", if you guys don't mind as its not a restaurant kind of food. You guys can give it a try, here's the stall pic:
Initially I was still thinking should i give a try until i saw this:

This is the item that attracts me to try out this stall, and heard that the owner is a "Kon Thai' ( Thai people). So I would like to have a taste of Thailand in Malaysia. And the below is the food due to we have only 2 paxs not able to order much, but will soon be back to try the other dishes:

This is the cold dish for Thai style chicken feet: Spicy and nice

Below pic is what that's attracted me, Thai style pig Trotter ( I personally like this as it was not too salty and the taste is good):

Thai Style Pig Trotter: Jing Jing Aroy mak mak na ka
The address of this place should be : Jalan Dedap 1( Johore Jaya) Johore Bahru Johore 81100.

This market also have a stage where there are people sings Karaoke which is popular in Malaysia, as I have seen this type of stage in the hawker food centre in KL as well.

Singapore Nice Chicken Rice at Selegie Road

In Singapore there's a lot of Chicken Rice brands and stalls around, but I think Sing Ho Hainan Chicken Rice at Selegie is nice and the rice is fragrance.

The Chicken is tender, and the sauce for the chicken was nice too.

Other than the Chicken, the internal parts of the Chicken is nice too, not too hard or soft that sometime you might have eatten some places where the internal parts are too hard or too soft which will be a turn off. But at least over here the parts are just nicely done.

A add on a side dish of bean spouts to balance off the meal, which is just nice for 2 persons.

Of course not forgetting the fragrance of the chicken rice which is also the "LIMELIGHT". A chicken rice stall with nice and tender chicken but without a nice fragrance of chicken, it will still turn out to be a failure (this one is my saying only).  Cos the rice plays an important role too.

Good food in Singapore and KL.

I LOVES to eat good food or nice food, and I loves to share the foods that I have tried with my friends be it in Singapore or overseas. As I hope that all whom knows me, can taste the good and nice food as well if they make the effort to go and try. And I have always been going to KL too, so in this blog I would be sharing good food from KL or other parts of Malaysia as well. Hope it would benefits everyone who view this blog. For a kick start I would like to share with you from KL :                                                                                              < LE TIAN SteamBoat >.

The steamboat for Kuala Lumpur and Singapore is different, it's not buffet style but they have a very nice thick soup base. For Le Tian, they are famous for their 猪骨煲 and we almost finish up all the soup. For the soup base will need to pay for $17.90 if I did not remember wrongly,  just pay one time and can refill anytime. The steamboat came in sets as well, you can order the sets depends on the number of person you have and add on A-La-Cart to try their different dishes. The below is the pic of the set for 2 paxs as we have only 4 paxs:
And we also add on for a few A-La-Carts from the menu, they have a fried chicken wings and fried wanton which taste good too, but i did not managed to take the picture for it, as once the wings and wantons are here, all snap up, before the camera snap. Opps........
If you guys are at Kuala Lumpur near to Leisure mall can go and visit this place, but must call to book bah, we waited for about 30 mins before we gets out seats, and it was about 9 plus when we reach there. I will upload the name card below:
Do call to book the table before reaching, hope you guys will enjoy this 1st recommendation by me.
